Responsibilities - Assist in managing daily office tasks, including document management, filing, email handling, and answering phone calls. - Assist in handling administrative tasks such as employee attendance, travel arrangements, and meeting scheduling. - Assist in formulating and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance by employees. - Coordinate and arrange both internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms and organizing meeting schedules. - Assist in creating and updating company documents and forms to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards. - Maintain the normal operation of office equipment and facilities, promptly addressing equipment failures and maintenance needs. - Assist in managing company financial affairs, including invoicing, tracking bills, and processing payments. - Assist in addressing customer complaints and issues to maintain good customer relationships and communication. - Organize and manage the company's internal parts inventory to ensure proper storage and use of parts according to company requirements and standards.
